We are presenting a 12-inch skillet with a lid, made of durable and premium 18-10 stainless steel. The skillet has a tri-ply impact-bonded base, consisting of two layers of stainless steel and a core layer of aluminum, which allows for even and quick distribution of heat while cooking.
The sturdy stainless steel construction not only prevents corrosion and oxidation, but also ensures that the food comes into safe contact with the skillet, without any undesirable reactions.
The spacious frying pan made of stainless steel comes with a lid for convenient cleaning. Although the stainless steel pan can be placed in the dishwasher, we suggest washing it by hand to preserve its beautiful reflective surface. In case you notice rainbow discoloration after multiple uses, which is a natural reaction to high temperatures called oxidation, you can easily remove it by preparing a mixture of water and white vinegar (3:1 ratio).
Warm the pan, wash it, and conclude by applying a thin layer of edible oil for proper maintenance.
